Consultation:
- Either in person, on the phone, or online - we are here to help you to plan your event from beginning to end.
- Recommendations for music selections. Not quite sure what would be the perfect song? We can help you decide.
- Venue Choices. We have worked at many over the years, and can help you choose the right one for your event.
- Overview - We are happy to use our years of experience to answer any questions you may have to plan a great event.
Planning
- Online Planner - make your musical selections before hand, whenever it is convenient for you, and we will have them at your event.
- Worksheets to help plan out your event
- Vendor Communication and Event Outline to make sure everyone knows how the event will go, so they can be in the right spot at the right time.
- Manage all logistics related to our part of the event. Getting us and all of our equipment to the event location is our responsibility, not yours.
Day of Event
- Setup and testing of our equipment before guests arrive, in a manner that is acceptable for you.
- Keep everyone on track with itinerary, especially the photographers and/or videographers.
- Do our best to ensure everything runs as planned.
- Create a great, memorable experience for everyone!

Minor League Package: A great fit for the Minor Leagues - Very important milestones, such as graduations, birthdays, and other smaller events.
- Perfect for smaller events such as company parties, receptions, cocktail parties, birthday parties, or showers that should only last a few hours.
- Choices of setups - with or without stands, with or without lights, allow for flexibility with our system. We can be as visible or invisible as you want us to be.
- Limited add-ons are available. The most basic package at this level comes without any lighting effects.
Major League Package: This is for when you have a Major events in your life, and you want to show it off!
- Our most Popular Package!
- Perfect for wedding receptions, anniversaries, or those life milestones that you want to celebrate in a big way.
- Includes your choice of one of our lighting packages, and plenty of time for people to get comfortable and party!
- Multiple setups available to fit into any surrounding, so we do not limit your choices for a unique setting for your party.
Home Run Package: For those celebrations where you want to "Hit it out of the Park!"
