We create magical memories. We can take care of every detail, so you can enjoy this special time in your life!

All of our Entertainment Packages include:

Consultation:

  • Either in person, on the phone, or online - we are here to help you to plan your event from beginning to end.
  • Recommendations for music selections.  Not quite sure what would be the perfect song?  We can help you decide.
  • Venue Choices.  We have worked at many over the years, and can help you choose the right one for your event.
  • Overview - We are happy to use our years of experience to answer any questions you may have to plan a great event.

Planning

  • Online Planner - make your musical selections before hand, and we will have them at your event.
  • Worksheets to help plan out your event
  • Vendor Communication and Event Outline to make sure everyone knows how the event will go, so they can be in the right spot at the right time.
  • Manage all logistics related to our part of the event.  Getting us and all of our equipment to the event location is our responsibility, not yours.

Day of Event

  • Setup and testing of our equipment before guests arrive, in a manner that is acceptable for you.
  • Keep everyone on track with itinerary, especially the photographers and/or videographers.
  • Do our best to ensure everything runs as planned.
  • Create a great, memorable experience for everyone!

Packages:

Package #1:  For 10 to 100 guests - $300-$400
  • Perfect for smaller events such as receptions, cocktail parties, birthday parties, or showers that should only last a few hours.
  • Two choices of setups - with or without stands - allow for flexibility with our system.  We can be as visible or invisible as you want us to be.
  • Limited add-ons available without having to upgrade to the next package.  Base package comes without lighting.
Package #2:  For up to 175 guests - $400 to $650
  • Our most Popular Package!
  • Perfect for most wedding receptions, anniversaries, or those life milestones that you want to celebrate in style.
  • Includes your choice of one of our lighting packages.
  • Multiple setups available to fit into any surrounding, so we do not limit your choices for a unique setting for your party.
Package #3:  For above 200 Guests - $650 and up
  • Full Sound and Light show - includes everything in our arsenal for the ultimate entertainment experience.
  • Requires at least 3 hours to setup - depending on lighting choices and location.
