Entertainment Packages include:
- Consultations in person, on the phone, or online - we are here to help you to plan your event from beginning to end.
- Recommendations for music selections. Not quite sure what would be the perfect song? We can help you decide.
- Online Planner for you and your guests - make your musical selections before hand.
- Worksheets to help plan out your event
- Setup and testing of our equipment before guests arrive, in a manner that is acceptable for you.
- Keep everyone on track with itinerary, especially the photographers and/or videographers.
Home Run Package:
For those completely customized celebrations, we will customize an entertainment package for you. Please contact us to discuss this and receive a quote.
- The basics include the PA/ Sound System, multiple microphone connections, wireless microphone, CD players, connections for other music sources and/or sound for video. All lighting is available for use.
- Depending on Venue, this may require up to multiple hours for setup / tear down.
- Includes all personnel to setup and run equipment, and a professional DJ/Emcee for introductions, announcements, and running
special dances. Includes full music library and playing of guest
requests.
- A coordinator is available for consultation.
- This is a complete custom package, so time will be quoted at an hourly rate for time spent on site. All events will have a set starting and ending times stated in the quote and contract. Any time past the set times will be billed as extra hours. Any time past 8 hours on site will be billed an overtime rate, of the hourly rate plus 1/2, which will be written in your contract and stated on the quote.
- Available Add - Ons: Video Projection. Second PA System, or extension speakers for main system. Uplighting or accent lighting.
Basic Lighting Package -
Considered a standard party package - Strobe lights, blacklights, multi
colored revolving "starball", police beacons, PAR Can lights with color
gels, AND one "Centerpiece Light" from our Club Package.
Club Lighting Package - ADJ
Spectrum LED Moonflower, Red and Green Lasers, ADJ Micro Galaxian Starfield
Laser, Chauvet LED Derby X, ADJ Vertigo LED effect light, Mirror Ball
and Spotlight, Sound Active PAR cans, Bubble Machine, and if the venue
allows it, a Smoke
Machine. Strobe Light can be added for no charge.
Blacklight Party - Make the room glow! Blacklights have that
unique effect on anything that is white, flourescent colored, and they
make "Glow in the Dark" objects really stand out. If you want a unique
twist on your next event, this is the way to go. Prices for this add-on depend on the number of fixtures needed.
Up Lighting Option 1 - Standard Halogen White or Black PAR Cans,
bulbs, and your choice of Red, Green, Blue, or Purple Colored gels.
Cost to rent with package is $15 per light.
Up Lighting Option 2 - Intelligent LED Can Lights. These can
color mix, so that several colors can be accomplished without having to
change out gels. These can also be set to change colors to the sound of
the music, or automatically fade between colors. Cost to rent with
package is $25 per light. Color changes and coordination during the event is quoted separately.
Up Lighting Option 3 - For applications that require more then a
few lights, or venues with exceptionally high ceilings, will require more work and extra personnel to accomplish your vision of how you want the lighting to look. The cost
is still $25 per fixture, but their is a $100.00 setup charge if you
require more then six lights.
With any of our lighting, we can always demonstrate how these lights look and can change to look of the room.
Video Projection: Screen and projector only. You provide video source and media.
Second PA system or remote speakers can be added for an additional fee.
