Entertainment Packages include:
- Consultations in person, on the phone, or online - we are here to help you to plan your event from beginning to end.
- Recommendations for music selections. Not quite sure what would be the perfect song? We can help you decide.
- Online Planner for you and your guests - make your musical selections before hand.
- Worksheets to help plan out your event
- Setup and testing of our equipment before guests arrive, in a manner that is acceptable for you.
- Keep everyone on track with itinerary, especially the photographers and/or videographers.
Package #2
For up to 175 guests - $400 to $650
- Sound System, wireless microphone, CD players and one package of Lighting included.
- Depending on lighting package, this may require up to 2 hours for setup / tear down.
- Includes DJ/Emcee's and assistant for introductions, announcements, and running
special dances. Includes full music library and playing of guest
requests.
- This package will be for up to 6 hours of play time. Overtime will be charged at current hourly rate.
- Please indicate which lighting package you want with this party package.
- Available Add - Ons: Additional Lighting package, Uplighting, Second PA System.
Lighting Package 1-
Available lights are - strobe light, blacklights, multi colored
revolving ball, revolving red police beacon, 2 can lights with color
gels.
Lighting Package 2 -
ADJ Spectrum LED Moonflower, Red and Green Lasers, Chauvet LED
Derby X, ADJ Vertigo LED effect light, Mirror Ball and Spotlight, Bubble
Machine, and if the venue allows it, a Smoke
Machine. Strobe Light can be added for no charge.
Up Lighting Option 1 - Choice between White or Black painted
can lights, bulbs, and your choice of Red, Green, Blue, or Purple
Colored gels. 6 lights available, cost is $10 per light.
Up Lighting Option 2 - Intelligent LED Black Can Lights. These
can color mix, so that several colors can be accomplished without
having to change out gels. These can also be set to change colors to
the sound of the
music, or automatically fade between colors. 2 lights
available, cost is $20 per light.
Second PA System is available if needed for a ceremony away from the main reception area, or you may use our main system.
